CHILLWOAH Return & Refund Policy

All CHILLWOAH merchandise is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at vegagloballlc@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a clear photo showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Approved defective or damaged items may be replaced, refunded, or otherwise resolved depending on the circumstances.

Please double-check your size and shipping address before placing your order.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for what to do next.
